Aly is Pregnant!

The exclusive announcement was made to People magazine that Alyson and her husband, actor Alexis Denisof are expecting a child this spring.

The "big" news was hinted at on the AHAS Forums on Monday. Speculations did tend toward the pregnancy angle and now the truth is known. The couple is ecstatic about the news.

Alyson met Alexis on the set of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and were married in 2003.

Well of course this is wonderful news and sincere congratulations are to be offered to both the happy couple and to A1F and Aly's mom as well.

I offer also my wishes for an easy pregnancy and delivery!

I doubt that Lily will be pregnant, since she and AD seem to have timed this just right, i.e., she will give birth during the summer break, so it shouldn't affect the appearance of the character.

This is really strange because the other night Ann said to me after watching HIMYM that she though Aly looked pregnant. Not so much size wise but just a look Ann said. She is for some reason very attuned to these things...

So hopefully you are right hemiola and she can get through the season without having to have Lily be pregnant because it seems like the timing is not right for L&M right now.

I've looked, but I can't find out whether they are expecting a boy or a girl. Either way, I'm happy (though I'm hoping for a girl), but for anyone who wants to buy a present, it's good to know; it's necessary to know. God bless the young couple.

Aly and Alexis seem so young to be taking such a big step, but when I think of my own parents, my mother was 37 and my father was 44 when I (the first and only child) was born and those were considered advanced ages in the 1940s, so I guess Alexis and Aly are not too young to take on the responsibilities of parenthood. They just look so young. At least we can be comfortable in the realization that Aly will probably be taking fewer chances in her private life, less auto racing and less dodge ball. I'm so happy; God bless all of the Hannigans and all of the Denisofs. The news is so exciting, I'm still beside myself with delight.

I hope that A1F can get Aly and Alexis a copy of Advanced Parenting.

They are a good age for having a baby. Hmmm. How do I know? I was 30 when my first son was born. <g> Seriously, they are not too young and not too old. One of the reasons I like Aly so much is because she comes across as so real - so ... so .... nice. )
Aly and Alexis have so much going for them. Aly seem like a very healthy young woman. They are smart people, so I'm sure they'll be fine. They are lucky in these time, to have enough financial security to be able to afford the best health care for her. Good for them!!
I am very, very happy to hear this lovely news.

Now starts all of Aly's internet browsing for pregnancy sites! I swear..one of the girls I work with spent half of every day reading the parenting/pregnancy/medical sites when she was pregnant. She was a first timer too. I'm sure it's exciting but a little nerve wracking too.

Nick and Annie met at a camp called fatima and was soto married in 1981,
nick later turned to John and annie turned to Alyson,,
but this John is happy for that Alyson for her living her life,,
So congrates to the couple that made it.
